Terza unità della gamma Benetti Fast, il nuovo Benetti Fast 125 Skyler, lungo 38,1 metri per 8,3 di larghezza, si sviluppa su quattro ponti.
Dotato di scafo Displacement to Planing D2P con wave piercer di prua, questo yacht vanta una sovrastruttura in fibra di carbonio e resina ipossidica.
Dal look sportivo, lo Skyler, le cui linee esterne sono opera di Stefano Righini, propone finestrature orizzontali che ne slanciano ulteriormente la silhouette.
A bordo possono essere accolti, distribuiti in 5 cabine (una suite armatoriale, 3 cabine doppie e una con letti gemelli con la possibilità di un terzo letto), fino a un massimo di 10 ospiti. Le cabine dedicate all’equipaggio possono ospitare fino a 7 persone. Gli ambienti interni, raffinati e dal gusto contemporaneo, sono stati curati dallo studio Redman Whiteley Dixon.
Il garage, che si apre lateralmente, può custodire un tender e due moto d’acqua.
La consegna all’armatore è prevista per il prossimo giugno 2017.
MOTORIZZAZIONE E PRESTAZIONI
Lo Skyler è equipaggiato con il sistema di propulsione AZP C65 (Azipull Carbon 65) progettato da Rolls Royce Marine espressamente per i modelli Benetti Fast 125’.
I due motori MTU (12V 2000 M94, 2.636 hp diesel) e i due Azipulls, assicurerebbero un’andatura di crociera di 17,5 nodi e la possibilità di raggiungere una velocità massima di 22 nodi. A 12 nodi, l’autonomia sarebbe di 1.540 miglia nautiche.
THE STATE OF ART. THE BENETTI FAST 125’ M/Y SKYLER IS EQUIPPED WITH A ROLLS-ROYCE AZIPULL CARBON 65 PROPULSION SYSTEM.
The Benetti Fast 125′ M/Y Skyler is the third unit of the Benetti Fast range. With a length of 38,1 meters and a beam of 8,3 meters, this four deck semi-wide body yacht has a superstructure made of carbon and epoxy resins.
It is equipped with the Displacement to Planing D2P hull form with wave piercer bow to combine the advantages of a displacement hull at low speeds with those of a planing hull at high speeds.
The sporty exterior, with four distinct areas devoted to the sea and on-board living, was designed by Stefano Righini using an expanse of horizontal windows to accentuate the yacht’s streamlined look while the interiors are designed by Redman Whiteley Dixon in collaboration with Benetti’s in-house design team.
Skyler’s interior configuration has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests in 5 cabins. These include a full beam master suite on the main deck, 3 double cabins and a twin cabin with a third pullman bed on the lower deck. The crew area (7 people) is fore on the lower deck and has three double en-suite cabins and a large crew mess.
The upper deck sky lounge has a comfortable seating area, a bar and a 75” screen. There are also a wellness area and a gym.
In the laterally opening garage leaves the aft area free there is space to accommodate a tender and two jet skis.
It is equipped with the Azipull Carbon (AZP C65), a propulsion system developed by Rolls Royce. A notable feature of Skyler’s propulsion system is its “stay on spot” technology that keeps the boat in a position entered in the GPS without mooring or anchoring.
ENGINES AND PERFORMANCES
Powered by 2 MTU (12V 2000 M94, 2.636 hp) diesel engines and propelled by her two Azipulls, Skyler is capable of a top speed of 22 knots and comfortably cruises at 17,5 knots. With 30.000 litre fuel capacity it has a maximum range of 1.540 nautical miles at 12 knots.
The yacht will be delivered to the owner in June 2017.
